A channel won't start
- Try a different channel, if others work, that one stream may be briefly down.
- In your player, toggle between the default and "Direct" stream format.
- Restart the player app.
Buffering
See improving streaming quality, usually speed, Wi-Fi or buffer settings.
Login not working
- Re-enter your username, password and server URL exactly as emailed (they're case-sensitive).
- Make sure your subscription is active, check your account area.
No TV guide
Let the guide (EPG) finish syncing on first launch, it can take a minute. If it's still empty, remove and re-add the playlist.
