How do I improve my streaming quality?

KanovaTV streams in up to 4K, so a stable connection makes the biggest difference. Work through these in order:

1. Check your speed: ~15 Mbps for smooth 1080p, ~25 Mbps for 4K. Test on the same device you watch on.
2. Prefer wired or 5GHz Wi-Fi: older Firesticks on 2.4GHz buffer more, move closer to the router or use Ethernet.
3. Raise the player buffer: in IPTV Smarters / TiviMate, increase the buffer/pre-cache setting for weaker connections.
4. Close background apps that eat bandwidth or memory on the device.

Still buffering only when you first open a channel? That's normal, it settles after a few seconds. If it persists, see fixing common streaming issues.
