By using KanovaTV you agree to these Terms of Service.
The service
KanovaTV provides an IPTV subscription that delivers live channels and on-demand content to compatible devices. You are responsible for providing your own internet connection and compatible hardware.
Accounts & acceptable use
You agree to keep your login details secure, to use the service for personal viewing, and not to resell or redistribute access except under an approved reseller arrangement. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans are billed in advance for the term you select. Free trials are limited to one per person and require no payment. Prices are shown in USD and CAD.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Channel line-ups may change.
Copyright and DMCA takedown requests
KanovaTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
If you are a rights holder and believe content made available through our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to support@kanovatv.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". Your notice should include:
- Your name, address and contact details, and your relationship to the rights holder
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the specific material and enough detail for us to locate it
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act
- Your physical or electronic signature
We review every valid request and will remove or disable access to the reported material promptly where appropriate. Repeat infringers may have their access terminated.
